Due to COVID-19, for the safety of all our customers and employees, we require you to wear a face mask, upon entering. If you are sick with any contagious illness, please do not enter the office. In that instance, please use our VIRTUAL-CTW instead. 

  • Photo ID of taxpayer and spouse 
  • Social Security cards or ITINs for taxpayer, spouse, and dependents 
  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth certificates of taxpayer, spouse, and dependents 
  • All income statements (W-2. interest, dividends, self-employment,, etc) 
  • Divorce/custody papers 
  • All supporting documentation for deductions
  • Prior year tax return
  • Your tax preparer will be courteous and kind and will guide you through the process

ACCOUNT SETUP
  • Photo ID of taxpayer and spouse

  • A device with a camera, preferably a computer
  • Microsoft Skype or Microsoft Teams installed. Mac users can also use Facetime.
  • Fast internet connection
  • All documents in a digital form to upload
